We only collect information you choose to share with us through this site:

• Booking inquiries — when you submit the booking form, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, venue name, event type, preferred date, and the message you send.
• Admin & band accounts — band-team accounts sign in with email/password or Google. Family/parent dashboards use a private access link rather than a password.
• Push notifications (optional) — if you opt in, your browser provides a push endpoint we use only to send updates from the family dashboard.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site and we do not sell personal information.

Booking inquiry details are used to respond to your request and coordinate shows. Account information is used to operate the admin and family dashboards. Push endpoints are used only to deliver notifications you opted into and can be turned off in your browser at any time.

The site runs on the Lovable Cloud platform, which provides our hosting, database, authentication, and file storage. Traffic to aragontheband.com is served over HTTPS, and access to private tables is restricted by row-level security so sensitive fields (such as venue contact details and notes) are not exposed to public visitors.

Access to admin tools is limited to authorized members of the band team. Shared responsibility note: the underlying platform provides infrastructure controls, while the band team is responsible for who we grant access to and what we publish.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site (currently our hosting/database platform and our transactional email provider) and with people you explicitly send messages to. We do not share booking details with third parties for marketing.

Booking inquiries and account records are retained for as long as we may reasonably need them to operate the band and respond to follow-ups. If you'd like a copy of the information you've sent us, or you'd like it deleted, email us and we'll handle it.
